SRU Men’s Soccer

 The SRU men’s soccer team defeated CalU yesterday 3-0. The Rock went up 2-0 in the first half with a beautiful follow up finish by SWE student athlete Luke Gildea. With this win the Rock is in position to clinch a playoff birth. The Rock has 9 points in the PSAC west standings and currently is in 3rd place. The Rock takes on UPJ this Saturday.

    Thank you for posting this update. This is one of my favorite ways to ingest sports data and game re-caps. Its exciting to hear the Rock Men's Soccer team heading steadily into potential playoff position. With UPJ's record being 3-5-1, I think our team has a pretty good chance at taking home the win this weekend. I'd watch out for number 13, Anson Portzline, as he is currently leading UPJ in 13 points scored over this season.

SRU Women’s Soccer

 Today the Rock women’s soccer team had a huge comeback win vs rival IUP. IUP put one in the back of the net early in the first half to go up 1-0. The Rock came storming back with a goal of their own midway through the first half. The Rock scored off a corner with under a minute left to secure the win. The Rock is now on a 5 game winning streak and hasn’t lost a game in the second half of PSAC play!
